Ariake Fukamushi Sencha is a deep steamed refreshing green tea from Japan. Dark green leaves produce a cloudy bright green liquor with a savoury aroma. The smooth, brisk flavour of this tea has fresh vegetal notes with a slightly sweet edge

Ashikita Izumi Wakocha is an unusual Japanese black tea from Tsuge in Kumamoto Prefecture. Crafted from the very rare Izumi cultivar plants, it produces a clear amber liquor. The lightly mineral taste has sweet notes of fruits and honey with a lasting floral and chalky aftertaste.

Kawane Asamushi Sencha is a high grade Yabukita Sencha from Kawane Honcho, one of the best mountainous green tea terroirs of Shizuoka. Carefully processed, it undergoes light steaming to produce a smooth liquor with sweet vegetal notes and a lasting savoury grassy finish.

Kirishima Hojicha is a popular and traditional Japanese green tea that undergoes high temperature roasting. This results in a lower tannin and caffeine content. The taste is nutty and roasted, more like a baked oolong than a green tea, with minimal grassiness and astringency.

Makinohara Benifuki Oolong is made from the Benifūki cultivar grown in Shizuoka Prefecture. Mixed leaves produce a gold-green liquor with a floral aroma. The vegetal, creamy flavour has peppery floral notes and a lightly astringent citrus aftertaste.

Makinohara Kukicha green tea from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan is made from a mixture of sencha leaves and stalks, resulting in a sweeter character. It produces a green liquor with a grassy aroma. The verdant sweet profile has satisfying toasted notes and a slightly savoury aftertaste. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2019.

Shimada Sakura Smoked Wakocha is a unique smoked black tea from Shimada in Shizuoka Prefecture. It is gently smoked over wood from cherry blossom trees, resulting in a smoky and fruity liquor. The warming flavour has complex notes of sour cherries, leather and tobacco.

Yame Gyokuro is a shaded green tea from the famous Yame tea growing area of Fukuoka Prefecture. Fine dark leaves produce an opaque green liquor with a savoury aroma. The rich taste has creamy umami flavours with notes of herbs and fresh green vegetables.
