Yin Zhen Guangxi Silver Needle is a delicate and flavoursome Yin Zhen from an unusual terroir in Guangxi Province where the neat silver leaves are picked from Fujian Bai Hao cultivar plants. It produces a fruity and woody liquor with a lasting, clean aftertaste and sweet honey notes. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2020.
Huo Shan Huang Ya is a famous tea from Jin Ji Shan in Huo Shan County. It undergoes a Men Huang process of piling and steaming to mellow the flavours. Resulting tippy leaves produce a smooth light liquor with a thick mouthfeel and vegetal, savoury and nutty notes.
Nu Er Huan Jasmine Girl Rings is an exceptionally made jasmine scented ‘art tea’ in the shape of small silver rings. Beautiful and strong jasmine fragrance gives way to a lighter sweeter scent on repeated brewing. The liquor is light and smooth with sweet, floral and slightly fruity notes. Winner of a 3* Great Taste Award in 2017.
Long Jing Ming Qian Dragon Well is an exquisite green tea from China harvested in early spring. The light green liquor produced has a faint incense aroma and a complex sweet and savoury taste with zesty vegetal notes. Winner of a 2* Great Taste Award in 2018.
Tie Guan Yin Iron Goddess of Mercy is one of the most renowned teas from China, a lightly oxidised oolong from Anxi in Fujian that produces a pale gold aromatic liquor. The characteristic floral profile has notes of buttered green vegetables, sweet red peppers and a lasting floral aftertaste.
Dan Cong Mi Lan Xiang is a complex Phoenix Mountain oolong from Guangdong that is known for a honey orchid aroma and taste. The dark leaves produce a sweet, fruity liquor with notes of wild honey, exotic flowers and a lasting lightly roasted, mineral aftertaste.
Keemun Jin Zhen Golden Needle is a supreme Qimen from Anhui Province made solely from young tender buds. It produces a very light and balanced liquor with a malty aroma. The complex profile has malty and mineral notes of sour red stone fruits and a clean, tangy aftertaste. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2024.
Haiwan Mini Brick Ripe Pu-erh is a 2012 vintage mini brick shu pu-erh from Haiwan Tea Factory. Each brick is a roughly 5g in weight and is loosely pressed. The liquor produced is a dark colour with a woody aroma. The taste is clean and rich with earthy notes of wood and walnuts.
