Oolong tea
Oolong tea is somewhere between a green and a black tea and is sometimes referred to as “Blue Tea”. The strength and flavour largely depends on oxidation levels of each particular oolong. Lower oxidised oolong tea is lighter and greener in taste while the more oxidised oolong tea types are stronger and are closer to light black teas.
