Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Fo Shou
Fo Shou is a roasted Pin Zhong Yan Cha that undergoes heavier degree of roasting. Made from the Fo Shou cultivar plants, it has a smooth flavour with a lightly roasted aroma. The roasted profile has fruity and tangy coffee notes with a light chalky and spiced aftertaste.
