Boseong Sejak Nokcha is an early spring green tea from a fully organic plantation run by the Choi family in Boseong County. The wiry leaves produce a lime yellow liquor with a floral grassy aroma. The fresh taste is grassy, with savoury seaweed notes and a lightly sweet aftertaste. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2022.
Honyama Yabukita Sencha is a balanced and refreshing sencha from the historic Honyama tea growing area of Shizuoka Prefecture. Made from Yabukita cultivar plants, it produces a classic flavour with savoury vegetal and salty umami notes followed by a zesty yuzu finish.
Long Jing Ming Qian Dragon Well is an exquisite green tea from China harvested in early spring. The light green liquor produced has a faint incense aroma and a complex sweet and savoury taste with zesty vegetal notes. Winner of a 2* Great Taste Award in 2018.
Lu An Gua Pian is a wonderfully satisfying Lu’an Melon Seed green tea from Anhui Province in China. Neat leaves produce a bright liquor with a light vegetal aroma. The refreshing herbaceous flavour has creamy notes of spinach and a sweet vegetal finish.
Makinohara Kukicha green tea from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan is made from a mixture of sencha leaves and stalks, resulting in a sweeter character. It produces a green liquor with a grassy aroma. San Xia Ming Qian Bi Luo Chun is an early spring Pre Qing Ming green tea from Sanxia District, made from a Qing Xin Gan Zi cultivar. The fine handpicked leaves produce a light liquor with a fresh herbaceous flavour. The taste is sweet and vegetal with floral notes and a clean aftertaste.
Tan Cuong Fish Hook is a smooth green tea crafted using traditional hand processing techniques to create ‘fish hook’ leaves. It produces a complex liquor that has mineral, herbaceous and creamy notes of cooked vegetables. The lasting aftertaste has hints of citrus and smoke.
Yame Gyokuro is a shaded green tea from the famous Yame tea growing area of Fukuoka Prefecture. Fine dark leaves produce an opaque green liquor with a savoury aroma. The rich taste has creamy umami flavours with notes of herbs and fresh green vegetables.
