He Kai Shan Gu Shu Sheng Pu-erh

Brand new tea for 2022, photos and description coming shortly.

He Kai Shan Gu Shu Sheng Pu-erh is a raw pu-erh from Hekai Shan in Menghai County of Yunnan Province, harvested in late March 2017 from trees that are over 200 years old. It produces a strong but balanced flavour with sweet fruity notes and a lasting, lightly tannic herbaceous finish.

The whole cakes are approximately 357g in weight and come in our usual handy zip pouches for easy storage.

We also offer samples that are 25g in weight. While we do our best to keep the samples intact, these may contain loose leaves that separated from the main cake during breakage.

Brewing guide: 2.5g in 250ml water at 95°C for 2-3 minutes
