Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Mei Zhan
Mei Zhang is a delicate Pin Chong Yan Cha that undergoes light to medium roasting. Made from the Mei Zhan cultivar plants, it has a soft flavour with a lightly fruity aroma. The woody profile has fruity, nutty and earthy notes with a lasting tangy, mouthwatering finish.
