Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Huang Guan Yin
Huang Guan Yin is a fragrant Pin Zhong Yan Cha that undergoes medium roasting. Made from the Huang Guan Yin cultivar plants, it has a smooth flavour an aromatic liquor. The balanced sweet flavour has fruity, floral and woody notes with a lasting mineral aftertaste.
