An Ji Long Jing (安吉龙井) is an early spring green tea from Daxi Village of Zhejiang Province. It is hand crafted in a Long Jing style from the famous Anji Bai Ye Yi Hao tea plants. It produces a bright liquor with a smooth yet complex taste that is creamy and vegetal with an umami finish.
