Honyama Sake Barrel Aged Fukamushi Sencha is a truly unique tea from a small experimental factory. Made as a deep steamed Fukamushi Sencha, it follows a 6 months ageing period in sake barrels. It produces a distinct sake profile with a verdant and creamy smooth flavour and savoury notes.
