Huang Shan Fu Xi Mao Feng is a mellow early spring tea from Fuxi Village, the birthplace of Huang Shan Mao Feng. It has s a bright liquor with a savoury aroma. The smooth taste has sweet, gently umami notes that are vegetal, creamy and nutty with a lightly tangy, floral finish.

Brewing guide: 2.5g in 250ml water at 80°C for 2-3 minutes
