White tea
White tea is a unique offering, a tea that is amongst the least processed. The young leaves are plucked and left to wither naturally. White tea in general has a light but complex taste. Best white teas come from China and have a wide variety of unique flavour profiles that range from sweet and fruity to savoury and dry.
