Shan Lin Xi Long Feng Xia is an exceptional tea from Shanlinxi, an area famed for producing some of the world’s best oolong teas. Grown at an altitude of 1,800m, the large leaves produce a bright and smooth liquor with wild floral notes and a citrus edge.
Dong Ding Oolong is a classic high mountain oolong from Meishan in Taiwan. It undergoes multiple baking to produce a smooth floral liquor. The complex profile has a floral and toasty edge with notes of exotic flowers, spices, caramelised nuts and wild honey.
