Tie Guan Yin Iron Goddess of Mercy is one of the most renowned teas from China, a lightly oxidised oolong from Anxi in Fujian that produces a pale gold aromatic liquor. The characteristic floral profile has notes of buttered green vegetables, sweet red peppers and a lasting floral aftertaste.

Da Hong Pao Special Big Red Robe is a traditional, superfine Te Ji grade Banyan Wuyi Rock Oolong from Fujian Province. The dark leaves produce an amber liquor that has a smooth, roasted and stony flavour with long-lasting sweet notes of exotic flowers. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2020.

Dian Hong De Hong Ye Sheng black tea is made from an ancient wild purple leaf ‘Ye Sheng’ varietal that grows at high altitude in Dehong Prefecture. It produces an amber liquor with a sweet fruity aroma. The smooth complex taste is a little malty, tangy and spicy with notes of prunes and wheat.
