Bai Ya White Bud is an unusual white tea from Yongde County of Yunnan Province. Consisting solely of buds, it is processed similarly to a sheng pu-erh. The resulting liquor is smooth and flavoursome with sweet, creamy and dry grass notes and a chalky, woody aftertaste.

Makinohara Kukicha green tea from Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan is made from a mixture of sencha leaves and stalks, resulting in a sweeter character. It produces a green liquor with a grassy aroma. The verdant sweet profile has satisfying toasted notes and a slightly savoury aftertaste. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2019.

Boseong Sejak Nokcha is an early spring green tea from a fully organic plantation run by the Choi family in Boseong County. The wiry leaves produce a lime yellow liquor with a floral grassy aroma. The fresh taste is grassy, with savoury seaweed notes and a lightly sweet aftertaste. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2022.

Khao Hom Fragrant Rice Oolong is a light yet flavoursome oolong made from a Jin Xuan cultivar grown in northern Thailand. It is scented with a local plant called Nuo Mi Xiang Nen Ye that is known for its taste and aroma that is akin to rice and vanilla. The light green liquor has a sweet and creamy vanilla flavour with a fragrant rice aroma. Winner of a 3* Great Taste Award in 2017.

Gui Fei Oolong is an exquisite and rare high mountain oolong from Taiwan. The leaves of this ‘beauty tea’ are nibbled by little green leaf hoppers. This results in a supremely unique wild honey flavour, with sweet, floral and woody notes. Winner of a 3* Great Taste Award in 2017.

Darjeeling Rohini Summer Golden Tips is a wonderfully complex tippy Second Flush Darjeeling from Rohini Tea Estate. Beautifully made with plenty of golden tips, it produces a fruity liquor. The balanced taste has malty and sweet notes of plum jam with a juicy, citrus aftertaste.

Tumoi Nandi Hills Black is a classic fruity black tea from the Tumoi Teas Cooperative based high up in Nandi Hills, on the edge of the Great Rift Valley in Kenya. Dark amber liquor has a balanced flavour that is fruity, stony and slightly malty with notes of plums and a smooth aftertaste.

Ceylon NV Silver Tips is a classic high grade Silver Tips black tea from New Vithanakande tea estate in Sri Lanka. Neat black and silver leaves produce a dark amber liquor. It has a smooth deep character with stony and malty notes of fruits and molasses. Winner of a 2* Great Taste Award in 2022.
