Aged 2009 Oolong Cake is an intriguing aged oolong that comes shaped in 100g cakes. The cakes were pressed in 2019 from Si Ji Chun ‘Four Seasons’ 2009 harvest aged tea. The complex and clean liquor has notes of fruits and cereals and a light, lasting mineral aftertaste.

Alishan Milk Oolong is a high mountain oolong grown at an altitude of 1,200m in Alishan. It is crafted from the Jin Xuan cultivar, known for a natural subtle milky aroma, mouthfeel and taste. The soft creamy profile has floral and sweet notes with a clean and fresh aftertaste. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2021.

Da Hong Pao Special Big Red Robe is a traditional, superfine Te Ji grade Banyan Wuyi Rock Oolong from Fujian Province. The dark leaves produce an amber liquor that has a smooth, roasted and stony flavour with long-lasting sweet notes of exotic flowers. Winner of a 1* Great Taste Award in 2020.

Darjeeling Rohini Silver Tips Oolong is a rare small batch tea from Rohini Tea Estate, made in the style of Oriental Beauty teas. Smaller leaves with silver buds produce an aromatic liquor with a floral honey taste. The smooth and sweet taste has fruity and nutty notes with a honey aftertaste.

Gui Fei Oolong is an exquisite and rare high mountain oolong from Taiwan. The leaves of this ‘beauty tea’ are nibbled by little green leaf hoppers. This results in a supremely unique wild honey flavour, with sweet, floral and woody notes. Winner of a 3* Great Taste Award in 2017.

Khao Hom Fragrant Rice Oolong is a light yet flavoursome oolong made from a Jin Xuan cultivar grown in northern Thailand. It is scented with a local plant called Nuo Mi Xiang Nen Ye that is known for its taste and aroma that is akin to rice and vanilla. The light green liquor has a sweet and creamy vanilla flavour with a fragrant rice aroma. Winner of a 3* Great Taste Award in 2017.

Moc Chau Dragon Breath Oolong is a heavily roasted Vietnamese oolong crafted from a Qing Xin cultivar. Twisted leaves produce an amber cup with a roasted aroma. The brisk flavour has a warming, roasted character with light caramel notes and a smooth, tangy aftertaste.

Okochi Yabukita Oolong is a lightly oxidised oolong made from Yabukita cultivar plants by a small artisanal factory in Shizuoka. Large leaves produce a light liquor with a floral aroma. The subtle and balanced taste has buttery, floral and sweet notes with a smooth lasting aftertaste.
