Angkhang Royal Project Green is an organic green tea produced from a Taiwanese Jin Xuan cultivar that is grown by the Royal Project Foundation at Doi Angkhang. The liquor has a vegetal aroma, while the light taste is smooth, with buttery, vegetal, citrus and fruity flavours.
Bitaco Emerald Green is a revitalising green tea grown at an altitude of over 1,500m in the Colombian Andes. Tippy green leaves produce a bright liquor with a light vegetal aroma. The smooth taste has vegetal, creamy and fruity notes and a slightly drying grassy aftertaste.
Darjeeling Rohini Emerald is a complex green tea from Rohini Tea Estate in the Himalayan foothills. Tippy, wiry leaves produce a golden liquor with a vegetal aroma. The taste is fruity and vegetal, with notes of blackcurrant leaves, stewed fruits, berries and fennel.
Long Jing Ming Qian Dragon Well is an exquisite green tea from China harvested in early spring. The light green liquor produced has a faint incense aroma and a complex sweet and savoury taste with zesty vegetal notes. Winner of a 2* Great Taste Award in 2018.
San Xia Ming Qian Bi Luo Chun is an early spring Pre Qing Ming green tea from Sanxia District, made from a Qing Xin Gan Zi cultivar. The fine handpicked leaves produce a light liquor with a fresh herbaceous flavour. The taste is sweet and vegetal with floral notes and a clean aftertaste.
Sitio Shimada Cha Verde da Vovo or ‘Grandmother’s tea’ is a smooth green tea from the Shimada family tea garden in Brazil. Large assamica leaves produce a vegetal liquor with a smooth and savoury profile. The flavours are verdant with notes of smoke and seaweed.
Tumoi Nandi Hills Purple is an unusual purple leaf tea from Tumoi Teas Cooperative based high up in Nandi Hills, on the edge of the Great Rift Valley. The slightly purple coloured liquor has a refreshing taste with tangy fruity notes of sugared plums and fresh spring greens.
Yame Gyokuro is a shaded green tea from the famous Yame tea growing area of Fukuoka Prefecture. Fine dark leaves produce an opaque green liquor with a savoury aroma. The rich taste has creamy umami flavours with notes of herbs and fresh green vegetables.
