This All About Green Tea Gift Box contains the following green teas:

Tsukigase Zairai Sencha is a smooth and refreshing organic tea crafted from a native cultivar in Tsukigase Village in Nara. Unusually, this sencha has no strong umami flavours. The light verdant liquor has a clean vegetal flavour with sweet, buttery, mineral and herby notes.

Muong Khuong Purple Rain is harvested on a small scale by the Hmong ethnic people from wild tea trees. This tea has a complex savoury taste reminiscent of earthy green vegetables, kombu seaweed and exotic mushrooms with a hint of smoke.

Bitaco Colombian Wiry Green is a revitalising green tea grown at an altitude of over 1,500m in the Colombian Andes. Tippy green leaves produce a bright liquor with a light vegetal aroma. The smooth taste has vegetal, creamy and fruity notes and a slightly drying grassy aftertaste.

Long Jing Ming Qian Dragon Well is an award-winning exquisite green tea from China harvested in early spring. The light green liquor produced has a faint incense aroma and a complex sweet and savoury taste with zesty vegetal notes.

Qing Xin Gan Zi is a uniquely floral green tea from Taiwan that is harvested in early spring from the Qing Xin Gan Zi sub-varietal. Large twisted leaves produce a bright, highly aromatic liquor. The clean vegetal flavours have pronounced fruity, floral and sweet notes.

Darjeeling Gopaldhara Sencha is an unusual sencha-style green tea from Gopaldhara Tea Estate in Darjeeling. Polished dark green leaves produce a light liquor with a smoky and fruity aroma. The smooth taste has notes of fruits and tobacco with a mineral and slightly tannic aftertaste.
