Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Tie Luo Han
Tie Luo Han is a complex Ming Cong Yan Cha, crafted from the Tie Luo Han tea cultivar plants. Stronger roasting delivers a liquor with a pronounced roasted and mineral aroma. The full flavour has roasted, fruity and peppery notes with a tangy stony finish.
