Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Shui Xian
Shui Xian is a floral Ming Cong Yan Cha, crafted from the Shui Xian tea cultivar plants. It undergoes medium roasting to produce an aromatic floral liquor. The soft and balanced flavour has floral and fruity notes with a sweet and lightly tannic stony aftertaste.
