Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Qi Lan
Qi Lan is a complex Pin Zhong Yan Cha that undergoes medium roasting. Made from the Qi Lan cultivar plants, it has a balanced flavour with a lightly roasted, fruity aroma. The roasted flavour has sweet, fruity and floral notes with a lasting mineral aftertaste.
