Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Qi Dan
Qi Dan is a complex Da Hong Pao, made from the Qi Dan tea plants that are descendants of the original mother bush. The medium roasting achieves a balanced flavour. The floral and fruity profile has roasted, mineral and sweet notes with a long aftertaste.
