Master Zhou’s Yan Cha – Jin Mu Dan
Jin Mu Dan is a sweet Pin Zhong Yan Cha that undergoes medium roasting. Made from the Jin Mu Dan cultivar plants, it has a smooth flavour with a lightly woody aroma. The sweet flavour has notes of honey and peaches with a lightly roasted, mineral and tannic aftertaste.
