Red Jade GABA Green Tea Cake is a unique ‘green tea’ made in the sheng style and compressed into 357g cakes. Crafted from the Red Jade cultivar plants, it was then processed as a GABA tea. The complex liquor has notes of tangy fruits and berries with a lasting, drying finish.
The full sized cakes are approximately 357g in weight. These are perfect for drinking now or setting aside to age.
We also offer samples of the cake that are around 10g in weight. While we do our best to keep the samples intact, these may contain loose leaves that separated from the main cake during breakage.
