Que She (雀舌) Sparrow Tongue is a rare green tea from Mengding, located in Er’mei, Sichuan Province. Crafted in a similar style to the famous yellow tea that originates here, it consists only of small buds. The vegetal flavour has umami, herby and floral notes with a savoury finish.
